i'm 34 weigh 168 pounds 6ft 2 inch tall my free testosterone is 41.5 pmol/l (range 37 pmol/l - 95 pmol/l)?
i am suffering from anxiety, cant think right at all, i cant focus/concentrate, i can hardly sleep at night, lack of energy, lack of drive, depression.I believe my condition is in part caused by my free testosterone level (even though is within the range is too close to the minimum) is too low.
I can sleep thanks to clonazepam.
What is the best way to raise my free testosterone?Testosterone gel?Intramuscular testosterone shots?some aromatase inhibitor?Diet?

First of all, I would suggest you see a holistic doctor to treat you. Usually O.D. are more holistically inclined than M.D.s (they are M.D.'s with extra training) I would highly suggest you research DHEA & iodine supplementation. Hormones can not be made when iodine is lacking from the body but there is a huge debate on RDA. Iodine levels have fallen over 50% in the last 30 years in the United States. Dr.David Brownstein found that in over 500 of his patients, 94.7% were deficient in inorganic iodine. My research has led me to believe we all need much more.
Do you use Aspartame/Equal or drink diet drinks? If so stop this immediately.
First thing you need to do is support your body nutritionally. The body is a self healing unit and should be able to overcome most anything with proper nutritional support. Add spirulina & chlorella & B100complex to your diet also.
I advocate a low carb way of eating to balance hormones & bring the body to a state of optimal health so that it can begin healing. I know you don't need to lose any weight. Low carb is for normalizing a body and is as helpful in the underweight, normal weight as the overweight.
Simple carbohydrates (sugar, flour, bread, cereal, pasta, potatoes, rice) trigger the hormone insulin.
High insulin levels unbalance other hormones. Controlling insulin levels will balance out other hormones & allow testosterone & human growth hormone (HGH) to be produced naturally.
Try to decrease your levels of clonazepam & hopefully wean yourself off.
