cREATINE ETHYL ESTER MALATE?
i just bought cellmass creatine ethyl ester malate from GNC but before i was about to take it i noticed unlike other creatines, your supposed to take it AFTER your work out, WHY? the main reason im taking creatine besides to get bigger is to have more energy and endurance, how is that possible if i take it after i work out....please answer as detailed as possible and if you have tooken it, how are your results, i want to know before i take it
o and i heard that it better to take it with fruit juice with alot of sugar but the guy from GNC told me the exact opposit saying it turn into like poison in your liver which one is true
There are theories as to whether you should take it before or after a workout.
The majority of people believe that creatine should be ingested 1 to 1 and a half hours prior to exercise so that the energy will be made available in your blood. This way, once you have used up energy from glycogen stores, there will be more ATP available due to the creatine.
Others say that after workout is best because this is when your muscles are in a very receptive nutrient state. This is the best time for ATP regeneration which can lead to Muscle Growth.
There's no right or wrong really. Before workout makes more sense because it will provide you with a heck of a lot more energy. Just know that there are 3 times when nutrient/creatine uptake is most wanted by your muscles. At night, before workout, and after workout.
